- In the context of orientations established by the President of the Republic, and following three years of implementation, the competitiveness cluster policy, as stipulated by the CIADT of September 14, 2004, has undergone an evaluation concerning the national selection and assistance criteria, as well as the status of the 71 clusters which have received quality label approval since the CIADT of July 2005.
